Our last news

For more than 20 years we have been working in the fields of ultrasonic cleaning and degreasing technology.

Long before the end of the CFC era, we had started to develop equipment intended to be environmentally — friendly, by the use of aqueous solutions.

Different contamination of the items to be cleaned require different operational procedures: in one or more ultrasonic tanks, followed by rinse baths; partly with surface active agent and partly with pure water.

To obtain the best results from the cleaning process we refer to the following necessary parameters:

The long years' service of our equipment both in small sized manual and sophisticated automatic installations has demonstrated the reliability, quality and thus the profitability of its acquisition.


There are many areas in the different industrial fields where ULTRASONICS can contribute to increase the reliability and cleaning efficiency.

We have developed solutions to a wide range of problems in many different industries.

The client requirements are achieved by a modular construction. This system can be extended to meet future requirements by the addition of extra modules.

Our Module System consist of different module: pre-cleaning, cleaning, second cleaning, de-watering and drying. All additional equipment in the Module System are interchangeable. The ultrasonic system is also available in module form.


All tanks are fabricated in a special stainless-steel, with round corners and a special inside finish. All cleaning equipment is attached to the outside of the tanks. Tank bottoms are sloped for easy draining.

Solution heating and digital temperature control are also standard features. Total cleaning is achieved normally within two minutes and is followed by immersion mains water rinsing.

Hot air drying uses both temperature and air flow to achieve thorough drying of batch loaded components. Typical drying times are around three to five minutes depending on temperature and the mass of the components to be dried. These time can effectively be halved due to the double basket capacity of the drying chamber.

The choice and position of the various module casings depend of the individual needs of the client. We are able to recommend you wide range of standard configuration or to undertake the design of a special machine to suit your cleaning needs.

A fully automatic basket transfer system eliminates the need for manual involvement. Our Automatic System allows automatic basket pick-up from the load station or conveyor and is responsible for placement in the respective tanks and for automatic unload at the end of the cleaning and drying cycle.

Immersion times are as well controlled by the Automatic System to suit the application requirements.

The movable parts of the Automatic System may be programmed for both vertical and horizontal motion.
